Nubia attended DePaul University where she received both a Master of Science Degree in Public Service Management and a Bachelor of Arts Degree with a concentration in Black Studies/Business. She has also acquired an Associate of Arts in African American Studies from Olive Harvey City College.
Nubia is the proud parent of two, the author of "Unfinished Business - Change is Constant!", and a documentary film maker of "Still, Unfinished Business."
